Brooke Shelton
Chief Operating Officer, Broker
As Broker, Brooke’s significant experience in negotiating, purchasing, refurbishing and leasing up investment properties of all types is an invaluable asset for his clients. He began working in the property management industry in 2003. In his early career, he oversaw all aspects of property management, repair, maintenance and capital improvements for student housing, single family residential, multi-family residential and commercial.
Brooke has the ability to focus on issues that will increase and stabilize rents, reduce turnover, and increase value for clients. His approach is always pride of ownership; treating each project as if it were his own investment and putting himself on the same side of the ledger as the clients.
He earned his BA in English from UC Santa Barbara and his Teaching Credential from Dominican University. He has been a California Real Estate Broker since 2012.
Brooke is the father of 3 beautiful adult daughters, 2 step-children and husband to Courtney. He is active in the Chico community and enjoys playing soccer, softball and golf. He is a current Legislative Officer on the board of directors of North Valley Property Owners Association.

Zachary Plottel
President of the Board
Zach has been involved in Real estate acquisition, development, and property management of both residential and commercial property for over 15 years as well. As such, he has leveraged that experience into his current role as President of the Board of BobKat Builders Inc. and its affiliate Real Estate Brokerage BPS.
Zach is passionate about real estate investment, and economic development in the north state. Zach performs consulting services and participates at an equity and leadership level in a variety of real property business’ throughout northern California. Cameron Williams
Maintenance Manager
As BPS Maintenance Manager, Cameron is often times the most familiar face to our tenants. He is the first to arrive on the scene to assess maintenance requests and capital improvement projects. After spending several years in the Bay area as the manager of a high-end glass shop and operating his own Handy Man business, Cameron moved back to his hometown of Chico where he joined the BPS Properties team.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys spending time outdoors and using his skills to update his home. He lives in Chico with his girlfriend Kelli and their Queensland Healer.
Chane Binderup
Associate Broker
Chane graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt with a BA in Liberal Studies. She grew up in a family that owned and managed commercial, medical and residential properties. Chane finds great satisfaction in helping people find the perfect property for their needs, whether that is a rental, a starter home, an investment property, or the home of their dreams. She has been active in real estate for 18 years, obtaining her real estate sales license in 2007 and her real estate broker’s license in 2020. Her experience includes commercial, multi-family, and single-family homes and she has been involved in acquisitions, sales, and management of assets. Chane has managed capital improvement projects scaling from single-family remodels to commercial properties in excess of 50,000 square feet.
Chane is married with one grown daughter, and lives in Chico. She enjoys long-distance running, cycling, and travelling.

Charles Robinson
Director of Leasing, Sales Associate
Charles has been in the real estate management industry since 2019. As an On-Site Manager, Sales Agent, and BPS’s Director of Leasing, Charles is the first point of contact for clients and tenants. When not helping clients on the phone, he is often seen out in the community showing properties, conducting move-in and move-out inspections and meeting with tenants. He is a self-proclaimed people person and has a passion for real estate.
Charles lives in Chico with his girlfriend, Jessica. He loves spending time outdoors and watching football. In his free time, Charles enjoys volunteering in youth sports.
